These terms apply to the RongGo Store website and orders supplied by Rongsheng Supermarket FZCO.

Products and prices

Product images are illustrative. Availability, pack size and price may change. Final prices are shown in AED and will identify applicable VAT before order confirmation.

Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to confirm stock, substitutions, carton quantity, delivery cost or destination. An order is accepted when we issue confirmation.

Payment

Online payments are processed by an approved third-party payment provider. Cash or other payment options are available only when shown at checkout.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Orders already dispatched or prepared may be subject to delivery or handling costs, where permitted by law.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
